Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it so I can try to resolve your  issue.

• Quality issues: If your order arrives damaged or does not meet the agreed specification, please contact as soon as possible and send pictures. All orders are shipped through Royal Mail and photos are taken of the treats prior to being sent out.

• Change of mind: Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of my products, refunds cannot be offered for change of mind once an order has been confirmed and production has begun

• Wedding orders: The non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is refundable if cancelled more than 2 months before the event. Cancellations within 2 months are non-refundableRefunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

• Collection: Available from saltash for my cakes and other treats.

• Local delivery: Free if you are in Saltash, I don't deliver unless for certain circumstances

• Nationwide delivery: Through my website all orders and bakes are shipped through Track 24/48 royal mail and is a flat rate of £5 that is factored into the final price , so you dont pay shipping on top.
